Reaffirm your "why" for DEI-J through thoughtful dialogue and reflection.
Outcome: 80% of participants will report on a post-session evaluation that this session increases or validates DEI-J knowledge that can be applied to practice to their NPD practice in support and advancement of an inclusive culture.
