Thank you for sharing your expertise with the ANPD community. Your content is needed as we prepare for your presentation during the 2024 Virtual Symposium and is due by the dates listed below.
Only submit the final version of your content. Do not submit any content more than once. If you made an error in submitting, reach out to speakers@anpd.org before submitting again.
The following submissions in their final versions are required:
- Presentation slide decks
- Format required: PowerPoint® using provided ANPD slide deck template
- Presenters: Live sessions, pre-recorded sessions and poster presentations
- If you plan to use on-site footage (video or audio) during your presentation, you must note in your slides where the footage should be added in the final recording
- Due date: August 26th, 2024*
*Live presenters, please refer to the date provided via email.
- On-site video or audio footage (if applicable) to be edited into your recorded presentations
- Format required: mp4 or other high-quality landscape mode recordings compatible with mp4 integration
- Presenters: Live sessions, pre-recorded sessions and poster presentations
- Please note: If you are using a phone to record footage, please follow the emailed instructions as guidance
- Due date: Your original scheduled recording date*

- Handouts (if applicable)
- Format required: Word document or pdf
- Presenters: Live sessions, pre-recorded sessions and poster presentations
- Please note: Review carefully prior to submitting. ANPD is not responsible for errors on handouts
- Due date: September 23rd, 2024
- Poster presentations
- Format required: pdf
- Presenters: Posters
- Due date: August 26th, 2024
