Description: In this session, we will describe how an academic-practice partnership, facilitated through the Dedicated Education Units (DEU), and Cooperative (Co-op) education strengthens professional preparation while fostering a pathway for future employees of the institution. Additionally, this partnership enhances the clinical education experience providing junior and senior nursing students with valuable, hands-on learning opportunities that bridge theory and practice.
