Now Available: 2021 ANPD Salary Survey

ANPD regularly conducts salary surveys to benchmark compensation data for various roles in nursing professional development (NPD). Earlier in 2021, ANPD distributed a salary survey to over 19,000 members and non-members. Over 2,300 responses were received and the full report and summary are available. When reading this report, keep in mind that these results are based on a sample of NPD team members and are not necessarily standards for the entire specialty. However, the report can be used to help NPD practitioners identify and articulate specialty trends to senior leadership.
