Integrating evidence-based practice (EBP) into nurse residency can be challenging amid clinical demands. Inspired by nurse hackathons and Challenge-Based Learning, the NPD team at the Texas Nurses Association developed a creative, collaborative approach to make EBP more accessible and actionable.

In 2016, ChristianaCare’s nursing professional development team launched an initiative to standardize roles and optimize resources.
